Online Billing & Dues Pay
IES has developed numerous online billing and payment systems, which can be tailored specifically to meet the needs of your organization. We can build you a Custom Online Payment System, or connect the system to a secure third-party billing service. As such, Members can pay dues online, receive automated notifications via email when the payments have been made, and view a full history of transactions.
Continuing Education Course
Our Continuing Education Course system allows for private members, along with the public, to register and pay for online courses that are offered through your organization. Features include the ability to set discounts for members, an automated payment system to notify all parties involved once a transaction has been made, the ability to import or export long lists of sign-ups and attendees, as well as the ability to customize course information down to the number of Units and Credits available, and any prerequisite courses.
Calendar with Event Registration
Our Calendar System offers both Public & Private calendars. You can easily add events to your calendar, with the ability to sort them by time and date, or even categorize them based on the nature of the event. (Board Meeting, Sporting Event, etc.) You also have the option to create a re-occurring event, which you can set to syndicate the same event across specific days of the week or month. Also included is Event Registration, which lets front-end users buy tickets to an event through an online form where it offers secure payments, Google Map integration, and the ability for the user to “Like”, “Share”, and “Tweet” their attendance to friends and family.
Our Jobs & Classifieds Module allows the public to search through a database of available job opportunities. Members can post job listings that are currently being offered in their business, practice, or organization. The public has the ability to upload their resume, and/or apply online for a specific job post.
